John M. Pagano, the firm's primary founder and senior partner, began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick providing auditing services to banking and media conglomerates. After his experience auditing these publicly held enterprises, he continued his career at a large local CPA firm providing accounting and tax services to manufacturers, real estate developers and entertainers.
